‘Black Friday more important than the January Sales’ - Press Release
Compu b, the Apple Premium Reseller with 7 stores across the country and an award winning online store, is once again embracing the Black Friday retail phenomenon, with 48 hours of premium discounts on Apple products and accessories available from this Thursday.
Ciaran McCormack, CEO, Compu b, explaining the importance of Black Friday to the Irish Retail sector, said, “Black Friday has quickly become the shopping event of the year, surpassing the traditional January sales in terms of its importance for the technology retail sector. Customers have now come to expect specific discounts and deals on Black Friday so it’s a case of all hands on deck across our seven Irish stores as we expect our footfall will be up 150% on average.
At Compu b, we expanded our in store discounts to two days in 2015 which proved hugely popular so we are repeating this in 2016 with 10% off Mac and 20% off Beats just two of our headline offers available from this Thursday morning in store.
Having launched our new ecommerce store earlier this year, recently wining the 2016 Retail Excellence Ireland New Website of the Year, we are also taking the offer online this year with the store discounts also available online this Thursday and Friday. We are also taking our first venture into the Cyber Monday space on November 28th with offers available exclusively to our growing online audience.”
On Thursday and Friday November 24th and 25th, Compu b are offering:
10% off Mac, iPad & Apple Accessories,
20% off Beats,
5% off iPhone & iPad Mini and
15% off third party accessories
in their stores in Grafton St, Dundrum, Blanchardstown, Swords, Cork, Limerick, Galway and online at www.compub.com
