How can I pay for my order?
Online orders are processed via Ingenico payment portal for secure, safe processing. We accept all major debit and credit cards from VISA and Mastercard, a reference 'COMPUB' will appear on your bank statement. Please note this statement is not counted as proof of purchase but may help us to locate your receipt in the case of misplacement. All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Can I return my item if I change my mind?
Compu b provides the option to refund items within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused. Please note, there is a €10 delivery fee for collection of return items if courier collection is required. If an item has been opened we reserve the right to refuse return. However, in some cases at the manager's discretion we will except the return of open items with a 10% restocking fee. If you would like more information or to request the cancellation of your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You can check your order status by logging in to your account.
If I place my order today, when will I receive it?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours and ship next day delivery with DPD Couriers.
How do I check my tracking number?
We ship all of our orders with DPD Couriers. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number which can be checked at www.dpd.ie. If you need any further information or have any questions on your order please email email@example.com and quote your order number.
Can I collect in store?
Compu b do not currently offer a Click and Collect option on our website, this is however being developed for introduction in late 2016. If you require a store collection, please contact our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to placing your order.
Can I avail of student discount on this site?
Compu b offer 6% off Mac to all students in store (including iMac, Macbook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and MacMini) with a valid student ID or Letter of Attendance on official letterhead. We also offer 6% of Mac and 3% off iPad to Teachers with the presentation of a valid Teacher’s Union photo ID or Letter of Employment on official letterhead. Please note educational discounts are only available in store and cannot be redeemed on this site. If you are representative of an educational institution such as a school or university and purchasing on behalf of said institution you may be entitled to further discounts and may register for a Compu b Education account on this site. How do I make a complaint?
We endevour to offer the best customer service possible at all times, but in the circumstance that you are unhappy with the product or service you have received from us on this website, please email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please enter as much information as possible, including your name, email address that was used to place the order, and order reference number.

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your proceedings with us, your complaint can be escalated to the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform, which acts as an impartial party. You can contact them directly at the following link. Please have your order details to hand.
Do you take trade-ins against my old machine?
Compu b are happy to offer trade in against a purchase of new equiptment for the refit or upgrade of technology labs, school classroom technology etc. This service is facilitated via our service department and is subject to diagnostics by a technician before any value can be agreed on. Please note we do not accept obsolete or vintage machinery, and any faults found with the trade in machine will be deducted from its value.
