Remote Support On-Site Support Days

As part of our remote support packages, we offer on-going telephone and online services to assist you with device management, maintenance and technical support. With an innovative management system, we can easily log queries from your school or institute and provide efficient, thorough solutions. Services include:

  • iOS and OSX software updates
  • Software upgrades
  • Hardware technical support
  • Development of additional solutions throughout the year
  • Collection and delivery of hardware for repair or fault

With our scheduled on-site support days, we can ensure that you get the most from your Apple technical investment from the get go. The full on-site package includes:

  • Delivery of devices, where applicable
  • Updates to any existing setups
  • Technical set-up and deployment of iPads and Mac, for either/both 1:1 and shared environments
  • Pre-enrolment including DEP, MDM and Apple ID registration
  • on-going maintenance visits

As an Apple Authorised Service Provider and with service centres located in all of our retail stores nationwide, you can feel reassured that if you have any issues with your devices, we can provide a swift and thorough solution. We offer hardware and software support, both in and out of warranty, can facilitate health checks, upgrades and data recovery where needed.
