Any product that is out of stock is still available to order from Compu b. We will place a back order with our suppliers for you and ship your goods as soon as they become available. Please note this means your order may be delayed by several weeks depending on availability. We do not offer partial shipping, your order will be shipped in full when all items become available. If you would like more information don't hesitate to contact our team. If the item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a substitute or refund your order.
Online orders are processed via Ingenico payment portal for secure, safe processing. We accept all major debit and credit cards from VISA and Mastercard, a reference 'COMPUB' will appear on your bank statement. Please note this statement is not counted as proof of purchase but may help us to locate your receipt in the case of misplacement. All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We will happily issue your invoice under a company name and any other information provided by you. Please note this can only be done at time of purchase and cannot be updated or changed at a later date. Compu b issue a full page VAT invoice with all purchases where requested.
Compu b frequently issue our dedicated customers discounts and special offers via our newsletter subscription, social media and in store promotions. Sign up to our newsletter below and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube to make sure you don't miss out.
Compu b provides the option to refund items within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused.
Customer change-of-mind is not possible on iPhone models.
Please note, there is a €10 delivery fee for collection of return items if courier collection is required. If an item has been opened we reserve the right to refuse return. However, in some cases at the manager's discretion we will except the return of open items with a 10% restocking fee. If you created a customer profile when placing your order you can also cancel your order from here if goods have not yet been dispatched.
Compu b are delighted to offer a 2 Year Warranty on all Apple products purchased in our stores. This includes Mac, iPad, iPhone, Watch, Apple TV, iPod and Apple accessories. terms and conditions apply, please see our Warranty page. Compu b also offer 1 Year on all 3rd Party accessories, where applicable. Goods that are faulty must go through an RMA process. Compu b will attempt to repair any items before issuing replacement products within the terms of warranty (1 year default on most products, except where AppleCare is issued). Please note that Compu b is an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP).
Compu b offer 6% off Mac to all students in store (including iMac, Macbook, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and MacMini) with a valid student ID or Letter of Attendance on official letterhead. We also offer 6% of Mac and 3% off iPad to Teachers with the presentation of a valid Teacher’s Union photo ID or Letter of Employment on official letterhead. If you are representative of an educational institution such as a school or university and purchasing on behalf of said institution you may be entitled to further discounts. For items in stock, please allow for 1-2 working days for delivery. For items not in stock, dispatch times may be longer, please allow 7-10 working days. Specific products may have longer delivery times, for these products please refer to delivery times detailed on individual product pages.
We ship all of our orders with DPD Couriers. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number which can be checked at www.dpd.ie. If you need any further information or have any questions on your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order number.
Yes, we offer a Click and Collect service that allows you to pay for your item and collect it in one of our store locations. For more information see our Click and Collect page. Please not that click and collect must be selected as an option when checking out. Items that are ordered for home delivery cannot be changed to collection in store after the order has been placed.
