Please note due to unforeseen circumstance our Dundrum iOS department will be closed from Monday 19th December to January 3rd 2017. No iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch services will be done during this time. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Labour fees are charged in two tiers

  • Tier 1: €69 covers diagnostics and Data transfer
  • Tier 2: €109 covers all hardware services

Visit the Xpert Desk in any of our stores today to speak to one of our technicians. Alternatively, we can arrange to come to you at your home or business for on-site service and installation.**

As an Apple Authorised Service Provider we offer full diagnostics using Apple tools, parts and software. Our Apple Certified Technicians perform all repairs in store or via Apple direct, so you can rest assured your machine is in safe hands. And as an Apple Authorised Service Provider, any in-warranty or AppleCare repairs will be handled free of charge. If you are not sure if your Mac is under warranty, a member of our Xpert Bar staff will be able to find out for you, alternatively drop us an email at service@compub.com with your serial number. We can also provide a loan MacBook while yours is in for repair (conditions apply) for only €49.
